Repositioned the ZIPS brand to expand the landscape of their services and in-store experience. Along with creative guidelines, the plan included a brand launch, franchise promotional support and digital support.

All stores received a facelift to reflect the new branding and punchy messaging. Multiple touch points throughout the store spoke to various services and created a friendly tone.
Brand Launch
The new branding was launched through guerilla-esque tactics that included yard signs, take-out bag stuffs and out-of-home disruptive messaging.


Throwback Thursdays
Corresponding with the brand launch, ZIPS sponsored a promotion of throwback pricing on Thursdays in September. The brand elements were translated into short videos and creative for media supporting the special pricing aimed at driving new customer trial.
